We recently engaged Cheryl to assist us in moving from downtown Chicago in Lincoln Park to the western suburbs. Given that we were from the city, Cheryl assisted us in casting a wide net as we navigated through a number of suburbs, including Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Lisle, and Naperville, all the way through to St. Charles, Geneva, and the Batavia area. Cheryl was a great listener when it came to our family's needs and wants, and she consistently delivered inventory that fit the bill. She was so good, in fact, that we fell in love with and made offers on TWO houses before we finally closed on the house of our dreams. The prior two homes fell through due to market conditions but it's a testament to Cheryl's tenacity and enthusiasm for the search that we were able to find three homes that met our criteria and that we absolutely loved. We recently closed on our dream home in Geneva and couldn't be happier, thanks, in large part, to Cheryl!

Cheryl is the consummate professional and in the process of selling my house, we also became friends.
